Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the respondent no. 2 is removing the plant and machinery from the premises of the factory, therefore, he wants to bring on record the fact by filing supplementary affidavit, hence he seeks short time. Let the same be filed by the next date.
Learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 submits that he has not been served with the copy of waiver application, for which learned counsel for the appellant undertakes to serve the same during course of the day, who may file reply by the next date.
