The earlier order of this Tribunal dated 06.07.2022 shows that the learned counsel for the appellant was directed to take steps for service of notice upon the respondent no. 1 through Dasti.
Learned counsel for the appellant has filed a letter, which is on record, according to which, the dasti notices were taken by the counsel for the appellant on 16.07.2022 along with an employee of the appellant-Bank namely Shri Vineet Kumar and when they reached to the house of the respondent no. 1, it was informed that he was not available and when he was contacted on phone, he did not disclose his correct location, therefore, Dasti notice could not be personally served upon him. However, the said notice was sent to the respondent no. 1 on his whatsapp and E-mail and proof of service with regard to the said service be filed by the next date. According to the record, the respondent no. 2 has already been noticed.
List this case on 17.08.2022 for reply, by which time the respondents may put in appearance and file reply, if so desired, failing which appropriate order shall be passed.
