Shri Gopal Ji Khare, Advocate files his vakalatnama on behalf of the respondent no. 1 and seeks time to file reply.
Learned counsel for the respondent no. 1 submits that the auction purchaser is not interested to take the property and the borrower has paid entire amount due, therefore, there is no issue as on date with regard to the third party interest.
