All defects except the defect regarding delay in filing appeal has been removed.
As regards delay, Ld. Counsel for the appellant states that the delay is covered by Hon’ble Supreme Court order in Suo Moto case, and he will argue this point before Hon’ble Court.
This appeal has been filed against judgment dated 31.12.2021 of DRT, Patna in S.A. No. 103/2018. Stay Application (I.A. 20/2022) has also been filed along with the appeal.
