The report of the Nagar Nigam, Bhopal has been received, which is on record, according to which, the relevant map, which was produced by the borrower before the Hon’ble Madhya Pradesh High Court at Jabalpur, was found not to be on record.
Learned counsel for the respondent-Borrower submits that the arguing counsel Shri Prateek Waghmare could not come from Bhopal due to some personal reason, therefore, the case may be adjourned.
As prayed, the case is adjourned. No adjournment shall be given on any ground whatsoever to the respondent-borrower.
