It is contended by the learned counsel for the respondentBank that the present appeal has been filed against the interim order dated 21.05.2015 passed by the DRT, Jabalpur in O.A. No. 61/2013. It is further contended that the aforesaid O.A. has now been finally decided by the Tribunal below vide order dated 27.11.2021, which has not been challenged and has attained finality.
In view of the above, the present appeal is dismissed as having become infructuous.
