Vide earlier order dated 14.06.2022 of this Tribunal, the registry was directed to serve a copy of the said order upon the Commissioner, Nagar Nigam, Bhopal through CJM, Bhopal with direction to appear in person along with the relevant record before this Tribunal. Accordingly, a letter dated 20.06.2022 along with certified copy of the order dated 14.06.2022 as well as copy of the letter dated 03.06.2022 was sent to the CJM, Bhopal for service upon the Commissioner, Nagar Nigam, Bhopal, but as per information given by the registry, no report with regard to service of the order has not been received from the CJM, Bhopal. In this regard, the registry is directed to obtain the report from the CJM, Bhopal with regard to service of the aforesaid order upon the Commissioner, Nagar Nigam, Bhopal on or before the next date. If it is found from the report of the CJM, Bhopal that inspite of service, the Commissioner, Nagar Nigam, Bhopal has not appeared today, appropriate order shall be passed against him.
