In response to the application of the respondent dated August2021, time was sought for to place necessary documents on record, which was allowed and notice was issued to the Commissioner, Nagar Nigam, Bhopal and the order dated 10.11.2021 shows that the Commissioner has duly been noticed. However, no reply has been submitted by the Commissioner, Nagar Nigam, Bhopal nor the respondent-Bank till date. Let the same be filed within four weeks as last opportunity.
