Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the arguing counsel Shri Manish Kumar Rai, Advocate could not come from Varanasi due to some personal difficulty, therefore, he seeks adjournment.
Perusal of the order dated 19.12.2019 shows that the notices were issued to the respondents, but the registry has intimated that no affidavit of service has been filed by the counsel for the appellant to authenticate that the notices have been served. Let the same be filed by the next date.
