Learned counsel for the appellant contends that he has filed rejoinder to the reply of the waiver application today in the court after serving copy of the same to the counsel for the respondent-Bank.
Learned counsel for the appellant contends that after bifurcation of the State of Madhya Pradesh, 20% liability was of the State of Chhattisgarh, which was amounting to Rs. 20.96 crores, out of which the appellant has also deposited Rs. 24.73 crores.
Learned counsel for the respondent-bank submits that rejoinder has been given today, therefore, the matter may be adjourned so that he may prepare the case.
