Heard the learned counsel for the appellant.
The present application has been filed by the appellant for refund of amount of pre-deposit made in the present case, which is amounting to Rs. 28.00 lacs. It is contended that the main appeal has been dismissed in limine vide order dated 09.09.2022 by this Tribunal.
In view of the above, let the amount of pre-deposit be returned to the appellant no. 2-Sudhir Kumar within fortnight. Accordingly, the application is disposed off.
