Heard the learned counsel for the appellants.

Learned counsel for the appellants contends that only prayer is made for issuance of direction to the DRT, Lucknow to consider and decide the S.A. No. 223/2020 within the time frame as stipulated by this Tribunal and interim stay, which was granted by the Tribunal below, may continue.

The report of the Registrar dated 23.09.2022 shows that the present appeal has been filed under section 18 of the SARFAESI Act against the interim order dated 20.04.2022 passed by the DRT, Lucknow in S.A. No. 223/2020.

After hearing the learned counsel for the appellant, the present appeal is disposed off with direction to the DRT, Lucknow to consider and decide the S.A. No. 223/202020 most expeditiously, preferably on the next date fixed or within 3 months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and for consideration of the interim order, the appellant may file appropriate application before the Tribunal below, if so desired.
