Perusal of the earlier order dated 28.02.2022 shows that reply has already been filed on behalf of the Bank and Shri Mayank Srivastava, Advocate had sought time to file vakalatnama on behalf of the respondents no. 4 & 4-A. A direction was issued to the counsel for the appellant for service of notice upon the respondent nos. 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 & 11 through paper publication, but the office report dated 11.05.2022 reveals that no affidavit of service along with proof of publication has been filed nor Shri Mayank Srivastava has filed vakalatnama.

Let the affidavit of service along with proof of publication be filed by the learned counsel for the appellant on or before the next date.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondents nos. 10 & 11 have no role in the case and they do not want to file reply.

Learned counsel for the respondent nos. 4 and 4-A prays for further time to file the vakalatnama and reply. Let the same be filed by the next date.

Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank undertakes to inform the counsel for the appellant about the order passed today in writing within 48 hours, as the counsel for the appellant is not present today.
