Vide earlier order dated 15.03.2022, this court has issued notice to the appellants for engaging another counsel, as the learned counsel for the appellant has been elevated as judge of the Hon’ble High Court. The office report dated 21.09.2022 shows that notice was sent to the appellants. The matter was again listed on 12.07.2022, but on that date, none had put in appearance on behalf of the appellants. Today the matter is again listed, but no one has appeared on behalf of the appellants.
The said office report further shows that the notice, which was sent to the appellant by registered post for engaging another counsel, has returned back with an endorsement “after much enquiry the addressee could not be located”.
If no one appears on behalf of the appellants on the next date, appropriate order shall be passed.
List this case on 16.11.2022 for order.
