Present: None for the appellants, Shri Kushal Kant, counsel for the respondent-Bank,
Perusal of the earlier order dated 22.09.2022 shows that notice, which was sent by the Registry to the appellant through registered post for engaging another counsel, has returned back with endorsement “the addressee could not be located”, as the earlier learned counsel for the appellant, as he was then, has been elevated as judge of the Hon’ble High Court, Allahabad. No one appears on behalf of the appellant today also. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution.
