Perusal of the earlier order dated 29.09.2021 shows that the notices were issued to the respondents. The office report dated 25.03.2022 reveals that the proof of service has been filed by the learned counsel for the appellant, according to which no notice has been served upon the respondent no. 1. Therefore, the appellant is directed to take fresh steps for service of notice upon the respondent no. 1 through publication in the newspapers having wide circulation in the area. Steps to be taken by the appellant within 15 days. Affidavit of service along with proof of publication be filed by the next date.
