Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the respondent no. 4 is auction purchaser, but no sale has taken place. The respondent no. 4 is only a proforma party. However, the learned counsel for the appellant is directed to serve the notice upon the respondent no. 4 by two modes i.e. registered post with A.D. and speed post. Steps to be taken by the appellant within 15 days. Affidavit of service along with tracking report be filed by the next date.
