Present: Shri S. K. Gupta, counsel for the appellant, None for the respondent-Bank,
Perusal of the earlier order dated 23.08.2021 shows that last opportunity was granted to the respondents for filing reply, failing which the right to file reply would be closed. The office report dated 27.04.2022 shows that no reply has been filed on behalf of them and proof of publication with regard to service of notice upon the respondent no. 6 has been filed, but no one is appearing on behalf of the respondent no. 6. Therefore, respondent no. 6 is directed to be proceeded ex-parte. Inspite of last opportunity being given to the respondents no. 1 to 5-Bank, no reply has been filed, hence right of Bank to file reply stands closed.
