Present: Shri Bharat Kishor Srivastava, counsel for the appellant, Shri A. P. Singh, counsel for the respondent-Bank, Shri Abhay Kumar Singh, counsel for the respondent nos. 2 & 3,
Perusal of the order dated 17.02.2020 shows that the notices were sent to the respondents, but notice in respect of respondent nos. 4 & 7 have returned back with an endorsement “left”. With regard to the respondent nos. 5 & 6, neither A.D. card nor envelops have returned back. Therefore, let the fresh notice be served upon the remaining respondents through publication in the newspapers having wide circulation in the area. Steps to be taken by the appellant within 15 days.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the arguing counsel Shri B. K. Srivastava is indisposed, therefore, the matter be adjourned.
