Heard the learned counsel for the applicant on the M.A. No. 13/2022, wherein it has been prayed that the order dated 03.06.2022 of this Tribunal passed in M.A. No. 45/2021 be modified to the extent that the amount of pre-deposit, which has been directed to be released, may be released in the name of Bajrang Singh Chauhan, as the remaining appellants have also given their consent that the amount of pre-deposit be released in the name of Bajrang Singh Chauhan.
In view of the above, the application is allowed and the order dated 03.06.2022 passed by this Appellate Tribunal is modified to the extent that the amount of pre-deposit be released in favour of Bajrang Singh Chauhan on behalf of the remaining appellants, as they have consented that the total amount of pre-deposit be released in favour of Bajrang Singh Chauhan and rest part of the order dated 03.06.2022 will remain unchanged.
