Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.
The present application has been filed for refunding of predeposit amount, which is lying with this Tribunal.
The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the present appeal has already been disposed off, therefore, the amount deposited towards pre-deposit for maintaining the appeal be released in favour of the appellant.
In view of the submission made by the counsel for the applicant, the present application is allowed and the Registrar of this Tribunal is directed to release the amount along with interest accrued as on date deposited for maintaining the appeal in favour of the appellant within 15 days.
