Present: Shri Maneesh Mehrotra, counsel for the appellant, Shri V. K. Shukla, counsel for the respondents nos. 3 & 4,
Perusal of the order dated 21.02.2022 shows that Shri V. K. Shukla, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the respondents no. 3 & 4 and despite earlier order, no affidavit of service has been filed to authenticate that service upon the respondents no. 1 & 2 has been done. The office report dated 24.03.2022 reveals that neither reply nor vakalatnama has been filed by the learned counsel Shri V. K. Shukla. The delay condonation application is also pending for consideration.
However, the learned counsel for the respondent nos. 3 & 4 Shri Shukla appears and seeks further time to file reply. Let the same be filed by the next date.
Let the appellant also file affidavit of service of notice to authenticate the service upon the respondents no. 1 & 2 by the next date.
