The record shows that deficit court fee has been deposited by the appellant and notices were also issued to the respondents as per order dated 12.05.2022.
Today another counsel has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant and prays for time to take steps for service of notice upon the remaining respondents. Let the newly engaged counsel submit the NOC from the earlier counsel and thereafter take steps for service of notice upon the remaining respondents within a week by two modes i.e. registered post with A.D. and speed post, failing which appropriate order shall be passed. Affidavit of service along with tracking report be filed by the next date.
