Vide order dated 26.05.2023, the order dated 27.03.2023 has been recalled and the appeal has been restored to its original number.
Let the notices be issued to the remaining respondents by two modes i.e. Registered Post with A.D. and Speed Post. Steps to be taken by the appellant within a week. Affidavit of service along with tracking report be filed by the next date.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that now the loan has been transferred to the ARCIL and he needs some time to file an application for impleading the said party in the present appeal. Accordingly, let the same be done by the next date.
