Heard the learned counsel for the applicants, who has filed the present application for direction to the Presiding Officer, DRT, Allahabad for early hearing of S.A. No. 149/2019 contending that the S.A. No. 149/2019 is pending consideration since 2019.
Be that as it may, this Tribunal has no doubt that the Presiding Officer, DRT, Allahabad shall consider and decide the aforesaid S.A. most expeditiously in accordance with law.
Accordingly, the present application is disposed off.
