Shri Alok Rai, Ld. Counsel for the appellant is present and files Waiver Application (I.A No. 79/2022). As regards illegible pages, Ld. Counsel undertakes that he will file more legible copy of such pages.

No pre-deposit has been made. Waiver Application has been filed (I.A No. 79/2022). It has been stated therein that 40% of the total dues had already been deposited in Bank. Ld. Counsel states that he will argue this point before Hon’ble Court.

This Appeal has been filed with court fee of only Rs. 200/- Ld. Counsel states that order of M.A. passed in S.A. has been challenged, hence, court fee of Rs. 200/- is sufficient. The undersigned in not agree with submission of Ld. Counsel. The S.A. and the M.A. filed in the S.A., both had been disposed of. Therefore, court fee applicable on the S.A. will be applicable in the Appeal. Ld. Counsel request that matter be placed before Hon’ble Court and he will argue the issue relating to court fee before Hon’ble Court.

This appeal has been filed against order dated 15.03.2022 of DRT, Jabalpur in M.A. No. 145/2019 in S.A. 37/2019. Urgency Application and Waiver Application (I.A. No. 79/2022) has also been filed along with the appeal.

List this case before Hon’ble Chairperson on 12.05.2022 for court fee /admission.
