Learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 and 3 submits that the copy of memo of appeal has not been served upon him. Learned counsel for the appellant is directed to serve the same upon the counsel for the respondent nos. 2 and 3 within 48 hours, who may file reply by the next date. The respondent no. 4 may put in appearance and file reply by the next date.
List this case on 12.12.2022 for reply. Till then the interim order, if any, shall continue.
