Shri V. K. Shukla, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the borrower and submits that two appeals have been filed on behalf of the borrower against the same order. The said appeals were listed today before the Registrar, which have now been directed to be listed before this Court on 26.09.2022, therefore, the present appeal may also be listed on the said date.
Accordingly, list this case on 26.09.2022 along with appeal Dy. No. 569/2022 and appeal Dy. No. 570/2022.
