Learned counsel for the appellant submits that entire dues have been paid, but the matter is being repeatedly adjourned at the behest of the learned counsel for the respondent-bank.
Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that the arguing counsel Shri Satyajit Mukherji could not come today due to some personal difficulty, therefore, adjournment is prayed for.
