The record shows that the waiver application being I.A. No. 367/2022 and urgency application being I.A. No. 368/2022 have been filed by the appellant. The report of the Registrar dated 18.09.2022 shows that no pre-deposit has been made.

Shri Sandeep Arora, Advocate has filed his vakalatnama on behalf of the respondent-Bank.

Let the notices be issued to the remaining respondents by two modes i.e. Registered Post with A.D. and Speed Post. Steps to be taken by the appellant within a week. Affidavit of service along with tracking report be filed by the next date.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he will serve the copy of appeal upon the counsel for the respondent-Bank today itself, who may file reply by the next date.

Learned counsel for the appellant contends that the property is already in possession of the Bank, but the sale deed may not be executed in favour of the auction purchaser.

The prayer of the appellant shall be considered on the next date.
