The order of the Registrar dated 05.07.2022 shows that no pre-deposit has been made and the instant appeal has been filed under section 18 of the SARFAESI Act against the final order dated 15.06.2022 passed by the DRT, Jabalpur in S.A. No. 136/2021. The said order also reveals that the waiver application being I.A. No. 141/2022 and urgency application being I.A. No. 140/2022 are also pending consideration.
Let the notices be issued to the respondents by two modes i.e. Registered Post with A.D. and Speed Post on the waiver application. Steps to be taken by the appellant within a week. Affidavit of service along with tracking report be filed by the next date.
