No one appears on behalf of the appellant even in the second round. Perusal of the earlier orders dated 31.05.2023, 15.09.2023 and 07.03.2024 shows that none was present on behalf of the appellant on the said dates. Today also none is present on behalf of the appellant. However, the learned counsel for the respondent Shri Ashish Pratap Singh is present.
In view of the above, the appeal is dismissed for non prosecution.
