Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the present appeal has been filed against an interim order, but the final order has been passed by the Tribunal below, which is already under challenge in Appeal Dy. No. 190/2022. Since the interim order passed earlier has been merged into final order, therefore, the present appeal has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed as having become infructuous.
