The present petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 03^rd August, 2026, passed in W.P.(C) 10827/2026 , wherein, directions were given in the following manner:

8. In view of the aforesaid and as an interim arrangement pending fresh consideration by respondent No. 2, the petitioner shall continue to be treated as a recognised institution. Respondent No. 2 shall accordingly issue a restoration order in favour of the petitioner in respect of the B.Ed. course with an intake capacity of 200 seats, reflect the petitioner's status as a duly recognised institution on its official website, and communicate the same to the concerned State Authorities as well

Learned counsel for the respondents has handed over a copy of the Restoration Order dated 31^st August, 2026 passed by the respondents. He further confirms the fact that the said Restoration Order has already been sent to the concerned State authority as well as affiliating body.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the latest status of the petitioner-institute has to be updated on the website of the respondents, i.e., National Council for Teacher Education (“NCTE”).

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that steps in that regard have already been taken.

Accordingly, it is directed that respondents shall ensure that the status is updated on the website of the respondents, within one week, from today.

Noting the aforesaid, the present petition is disposed of.
