The present petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 18^th March, 2024, passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 16982/2022. 2. Vide the aforesaid order dated 18^th March, 2024, directions had been issued in the following manner:

Perusal of the aforesaid order shows that the respondent was directed to provide the details of the required documents to the petitioner. There was further direction to the petitioner to furnish the said requisite documents to the respondent. On receipt of the said documents, the respondent herein was directed to consider the same and pass a Speaking Order, thereto.

This Court notes that Compliance Report dated 09^th April, 2026, has been filed on behalf of the respondent, wherein, a Sanction Order and Speaking Order, both dated 08^th April, 2026, have been placed on record. The said Sanction Order is reproduced as under:
