Learned counsel appearing for the respondents has handed over to this Court a document to submit that a decision has been taken that in every building on first floor, a female staff toilet shall be designated exclusively for the female staff.

The aforesaid statement is taken note of.

At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though on the second floor of the building in question a toilet existing therein has been designated for female faculty members and for PWD, however, the same has been made available to both males and females.

He submits that the said toilet should be exclusively for females only.

Needless to state that the exclusive toilet which have been earmarked for the female faculty members is to be used by all the female faculty members, and no particular person shall be allowed to put any lock and key on the said toilet.
