The present petition has been filed against the respondent alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 09^th June, 2025 passed by the Senior Civil Judge cum Rent Controller, District-South, Saket New Delhi in CS SCJ 269/2025.

The said suit had been filed by the petitioner with respect to property bearing no. S-25, (Old property No. S-37-A), Khidki extension, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi-17 , wherein, vide the aforesaid order dated 09^th June, 2025, directions were given that no construction shall be carried out, and no third party interest would be created in the property.

In the meanwhile, upon an application being filed under Order VII Rule 11 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (“CPC”), for rejection of the plaint, by the respondent no. 1 herein, the suit has been rejected vide

Accordingly, since the suit in which the order in question was passed, for the non-compliance of which the present petition has been filed, does not subsist, on account of the rejection of the plaint, no orders can be passed in the present matter.

Needless to state that once a suit has been rejected or case has been disposed of, the interim orders merge with the final order.

Accordingly, noting the aforesaid, the present petition is disposed of.
