The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of directions to the respondents no. 1 to 4 to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner in respect of the threat received by the petitioner from respondents no. 5 to 7.

Vide order dated 05^th June, 2024, Notice was issued in the present petition and interim protection was granted to the petitioner.

Status Report has been handed over in the court and the copy of the same is taken on record.

The Status Report notes that FIR No. 123/2024 dated 22th April, 2024 under Sections 323/341/427/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 has been registered at PS Shaheen Bagh on the complaint of the petitioner against the

The interim order passed by this court on 05^th June, 2024 is made absolute. The respondent shall continue to provide protection to the petitioner and his property in accordance with law.
