This is an application on behalf of the Petitioner for rectification of the Judgement dated 08.05.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 824/2023 and CONT.CAS(C) 1294/2023.

This Court vide Judgement dated 08.05.2024 has allowed the writ petition directing the Respondent/NBCC to return the entire amount of money paid by the Petitioners within a period of six weeks along with interest @12% from 30.01.2021 till the date of the Judgment.

The purport of this application is for payment of interest from the date of deposit of respective instalments by the Petitioner to the Respondents.
