Vide the present petition, the petitioner has sought a direction to the respondents to make necessary changes in the websites www.nbe.edu.in, www.mcc.nic.in, and www.mciindia.org as also a direction to the respondents to permit him to register and participate in the DGHS mop-up counselling.

However, after some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied, in case, a direction is issued to the respondent no.5 to permit the petitioner to participate in the State mop-up counselling based on his score in the NEET examination, 2018.

Mr.G.Prakash, learned standing counsel for the respondent no.5 submits that since the cut off score for candidates belonging to

OBC/SC/ST category, has been lowered only on 27.04.2018, the said respondent has no objection to permit the petitioner to participate in the State mop up counselling scheduled on 14.05.2018. He submits that he has instructions to state, that in case, the petitioner satisfies all the requisite requirements and his documents are found to be correct, he would be allotted a seat and admission in accordance with his rank under the State Quota of Kerala.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned counsel for the respondent no.5, nothing further survives for adjudication in the present petition.

The present petition alongwith pending application is disposed of in the above terms with no order as to costs.
