respondent / NDMC state that the impugned action has been taken pursuant to directions given by the Division Bench of this Court in a Public Interest Litigation being W.P.C) 2612/2017. They also state that a similar writ petition was listed before Hon'ble Mr. Justice Najmi Waziri on April 16, 2018 which was dismissed.
Mr. S.K. Khanna, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners at this stage states, he shall approach the Division Bench by way of an appropriate application by tomorrow.
