We have heard the learned counsel for the parties. This appeal is directed against the order dated 29.09.2015 passed by a learned Single Judge of this court in O.A. No. 289/2014. The right of defendant No. 4 (the appellant herein) had been shut out for admission / denial of documents. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, we direct that the appellant shall file an affidavit of the admission / denial afresh on or before 18.01.2016.
The appeal stands disposed of.
