This is an application seeking permission to withdraw this writ petition inasmuch as certain corrections have to be made and may result in wholesale changes in the writ petition. Liberty is, however, sought that a fresh petition be permitted to be filed on the same cause of action. The learned counsel for the respondents and, in particular, the learned counsel for the Land Acquisition Collector have no objection but without prejudice to their rights and contentions.
The application is allowed.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh writ petition. Other pending applications also stand disposed of.
The next date fixed in the matter i.e. 29.03.2016 stands cancelled.
