After some arguments, Mr. Makhija, learned counsel for the respondent assures and undertakes to this Court that no further steps shall be taken by the respondent in the Royal Court of Jersey as the matter has been adjourned sine die. He also, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, tenders unconditional apology for any unintentional violation that may have taken place.
In view of the aforesaid statement, which is accepted by this Court, the present contempt proceedings are closed and the notices issued are discharged. Pending application also stands disposed of accordingly.
