The learned counsel for the petitioner states that she is instructed by the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition since it has been decided by the Nurses Association to withdraw the proposed strike. The petitioner therefore seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to institute fresh proceedings in case necessity thereof arises.
Writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
