This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed for the followings reliefs:-

" 10.1 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ of direction, directing the respondent no.2 to decide the application of the petitioner dated 15.12.2025 for transfer of permanent stage carriage permit bearing no. CG2023-SC-0086A( 77/RTA/J/2022) for the route Durg to Konta via Power House, Raipur, Kurud, Dhamtari, Kanker, Keshkal, Baster, Jagdalpur, Sukuma with one single trip daily valid upto 02.03.2028, in accordance with law.

10.2 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to dispose off the petition in light of order dated 17.02.2026 passed in W.P.(C) no. 693/2026 as the similar facts involved in that case also.

10.3 Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deems fit and proper looking to the facts and circumstances of the case may also be awarded to the petitioner including the cost and expenses of this petition."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to concerned respondent Authority to consider and decide pending application/representation dated 11.12.2025/ 15.12.2025 of the petitioner (Annexure-P/2), expeditiously, within specific time.

Learned State Counsel have no objection to the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner.
