This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed for the following reliefs:-

"A. A writ and/or an order in the nature of writ of appropriate nature do issue calling the records from the respondent authorities concerned pertaining to the case of the petitioners for its kind perusal.

B. A writ and/or an order in the nature of appropriate writ do issue directing the respondent authority to decide the representation/complaint of the petitioners in the time bond manner in accordance with law in facts and circumstance of the case.

C. A writ and/or an order in the nature of appropriate writ do issue directing the respondent authority no. 2 and 4 to take action as per its letter dated. 2-5-2025 in facts and circumstance of case. D. Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deems fit in the facts & circumstances of case.

E. Cost of the petition may also be awarded."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are residents of Indraprasth Duplex Phase-I. About 19 acres of land have been allotted by the Raipur Development Authority, Raipur to private respondent No.7 who is operating 'Wonderland Water-Park' therein without any authority. He further submits that in the said area, respondent No.7 is creating noise pollution everyday, due to which, the people of Indraprasth colony are facing various difficulties. He further submits that the petitioners have also made a representation before the concerned Authorities on 29.05.2025 (AnnexureP/11), but no action has been taken in this regard. He submits that, at this stage, this petition may be disposed of, reserving liberty to the petitioner to move a fresh representation to respondent No.2 and the same may be directed to be decided within a stipulated time.

Learned Counsel for respondent No.2 with counsel for other respondents would not oppose the limited prayer of the petitioner and assured that if the

petitioners will file a fresh representation, the same will be decided in accordance with law.

Having considered the limited prayer of the petitioner and the submission of the counsel for the respondents, at this stage, this petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh representation along with a copy of this order within 15 days from today before respondent No.2 raising all their grievances. In the event of receipt of such representation, respondent No.2 shall decide the representation of the petitioner within a further period of 30 days in accordance with applicable laws/rules/circulars.

However, it is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case.

With the aforesaid direction and observation, this petition stands disposed of.
