1. Learned counsel appearing for the State / respondents No. 1 to 4, on instruction, would submit that Tahsildar, Korba, District Korba will recall notice (Annexure P-1) dated 28.01.2026, as no formal order has been passed after action taken in compliance of the order dated 10.11.2025 passed by Coordinate Bench of this Court in WPC No. 4373 of 2023 (Sitaram & others vs. State of Chhattisgarh & others) and other connected cases.

2. Having considered the contention putforth by State Counsel that since the State authority is ready to recall impugned notice (Annexure P-1) dated 28.01.2026 issued by Tahsildar, Korba, therefore, nothing remains in the instant petition for adjudication at this stage.

3. In view of above, the instant writ petitions are disposed of. However, respondent No. 4 is at liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law. Till then, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner.
