1) The present criminal revision is against impugned judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 21.1.2025 passed in Criminal Appeal No. 322/2023 by the learned Fourth Additional Sessions Judge, Durg whereby the learned Court upheld the judgment and order passed by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Durg dated 4.11.2023 and applicant has been convicted and sentenced to undergo simple imprisonment for six (06) months and directed to pay a fine of Rs. 1,50,000/- to be

2) Now, the complainant as well as the applicant/ accused have entered into compromise and they have submitted the compromise deed executed between them, which is taken on record whereby the applicant declares that he has paid a sum of Rs. 1,10,000/- to the complainant and its receipt is acknowledged by the complainant.

3) In view of the fact that complainant agrees that he has already received the entire amount, he shall have no further claim against the applicant arising out of the cheque in question and the impugned judgments and orders of sentenced by the learned Courts dated 21.1.2025 and 4.11.2023 are hereby set aside.
