After arguing at some length, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that this petition may be disposed of directing the concerned respondent authority/competent authority to consider and decide the pending representation moved by the petitioner dated 15.01.2024 (Annexure P-6) within any stipulated period as fixed by this Court.

In view of the above submissions made by Counsel for the petitioner, without going on merits of the case, at this stage, the present writ petition stands disposed of directing the concerned respondent authority/competent authority to consider and decide the pending representation moved by the petitioner dated 15.01.2024 (Annexure P-6) within an outer limit of ‘60 days’ from today, in accordance with the law and relevant rules/policy.
